FILTER STAGES

Stage 1 — Activated Carbon (Pre-Filter)
Targets chlorine/chloramine taste & odor and many chemical contaminants (VOCs), protecting the downstream filters and sharpening the taste from the first sip.
Stage 2 — Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
The heart of the system. A semi-permeable membrane removes dissolved contaminants—including heavy metals (e.g., lead, arsenic), chromium-6, nitrates/nitrites, fluoride, PFAS “forever chemicals,” and other microscopic toxins—delivering laboratory-grade purity.
Stage 3 — Activated Carbon Block (Post-Polish Adsorption)
Final adsorption pass to remove any remaining trace volatiles and refine taste.

Frequently Asked Questions

This certified 3‑stage RO system removes between 97%-99.9% of lead, fluoride, PFAS, VOCs, pharmaceuticals, chlorine, heavy metals, and microplastics—exceeding most standard filters.

Water is forced under pressure through semipermeable membranes, removing dissolved solids. Pre- and post-carbon filters polish the taste and eliminate chlorine.

Unlike simple carbon filters, RO systems reduce virtually everything dissolved in your water—chlorine, heavy metals, fluoride, PFAS, pharmaceuticals. Filters like pitchers or faucet units only address taste, chlorine, and sediment.

It’s efficient: typical modern RO systems send about 1–3 gallons of reject water per gallon of purified water. That’s roughly the water cost of 2–3 toilet flushes daily—not a significant addition to your bill.

Absolutely. Choose the dual kitchen/RO faucet option to avoid drilling. It’s removable and landlord-friendly.

Every 18–24 months, depending on household size. Filter packs cost $349. That's ~ $19/mo for unlimited drinking & cooking water!

Cheaper systems filter less, require more frequent replacements, and often lack certification. Our filters are 33% longer and lab-verified.

Yes! Add the Sango or UMH Pure as part of our Hydration Stack for remineralized, structured water.

Yes, you can use any plumbing professional to install this for you. The system comes with detailed instructions and our team is always just a phone call away. No long wait times!
